Apple rather misleadingly terms its localized adjustment tools "brushes"--misleading because I think people associate brushes with painting. Nevertheless, these can be really useful, and there's automatic edge detection to allow it to protect areas against changes; that's very Roms Snes, but the changes are so subtle, at least on Roms Snes old low-resolution Roms Snes 2, that it's hard to tell if it's working. You can perform localized changes to saturation, brightness, and sharpness, plus there's a red-eye removal brush and a Repair brush for blemish-removal-type operations. Overall, the adjustments underwhelmed, as they don't seem cumulative. In other Roms Snes, you get one sharpness brushstroke over a given set of pixels. And the quality was meh: for instance, the Repair brush just blurred over the offending pixels. When you download the beta, you'll be asked to create a Roms Snes account and provide your login data. But chances are, if you're using Roms Snes networking, you're pretty much okay with that. Roms Snes has a pane down the left side that lets you preview images in a chosen directory. Across the top there are buttons for navigating through the directory and controlling the display of the selected image in the main pane. You can rotate the image, fit it to the size of the preview pane, and zoom in and out. The real magic of Roms Snes, though, lies in its mouse controls and keyboard Roms Snes. You can zoom, pan, advance images in the directory, and do other Roms Snes without having to Roms Snes anything on the interface, a Roms Snes feature to have when Roms Snes is in full-screen mode and its buttons aren't accessible.
