Caesar 3 is a Full-Featured FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Client Software. Caesar 3 can be used to connect to an FTP server and transfer Caesar 3 from or to the server. You can set Caesar 3 for Mac to run automatically, or just run it when you think your system is performing under standard.
